The ideal candidate understands what is popular across social media, enjoys skincare and beauty content, and can create engaging posts that connect with our audience.You do not need to be a skincare expert, and no college degree is required. We care more about your creativity, reliability, social media knowledge, and willingness to learn.This is primarily a remote position, but applicants must live in or near the Downtown Tampa area and be available for occasional in-person meetings, content creation, events, or other brand-related activities.ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videosStay updated on TikTok, Instagram, skincare, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle trendsTurn current trends into original content that fits the Barely Theory brandWrite clear, creative captions that match our brand's voiceResearch skincare products, ingredients, routines, and acne-related topicsHelp plan and manage a monthly content calendarSchedule and publish content across social media platformsRespond to comments and messages professionallyTrack engagement and suggest ways to improve content performanceHelp increase awareness of Barely Theory and bring traffic to our website and appCollaborate with the team on campaigns, launches, promotions, and brand-building projectsParticipate in occasional local content shoots, meetings, and events in the Tampa areaQualificationsMust live in or near the Downtown Tampa areaNo college degree requiredStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platformsCreative, trend-aware, and able to recognize content opportunitiesInterested in skincare, beauty, wellness, or acne educationWilling to learn about skincare products xhyhwjd and ingredientsStrong writing and communication skillsComfortable using Canva, CapCut, or similar creative toolsOrganized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines independentlyComfortable working in a startup environment and helping build a growing brandPrevious content creation or social media experience is preferred but not requiredSchedule and CompensationPart-time: approximately 5–15 hours per weekFlexible scheduleStarting pay: $15 per hourPay increases after the first 30, 60, and 90 days (BASED ON PERFORMANCE) Primarily remote, with occasional in-person responsibilities in the Downtown Tampa areaIf you are creative, excited about skincare, and interested in helping build a startup brand from the beginning, we would love to hear from you!
