Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Cocoa / Viera, FL Full-Time $22–$27/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–21
- Support skill development in communication, motor skills, social interaction, and self-regulation
- Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs
- Collect accurate session data and communicate progress
- Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RBT certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or in ABA
- CPR/BLS certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Comfortable supporting children with behavioral challenges
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the floor as needed
- Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn
