Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with clients across sectors such as government, education, corporate, healthcare, and retail. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, presenting technology solutions, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements. The Sales Specialist will maintain accurate sales records, track pipeline activity, and achieve revenue and growth targets. The role also involves providing product and service education to clients, attending industry events or meetings as needed, and contributing feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide clear, professional support. Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing opportunities in B2B or technology-focused environments. Sales Management and Training capabilities to manage pipelines, support team goals, and deliver product or solution training to customers or colleagues. Ability to understand and articulate technology solutions related to software, IT services, and infrastructure; experience in any of these domains is beneficial. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and presentation skills. Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and visiting client locations as needed. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple opportunities and priorities effectively.
