Commissioning Manager - Data Center Projects Location: United States (Travel Required) We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities across large-scale data center projects. This role suits a hands‑on leader with a strong technical background in mission‑critical infrastructure and the ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Responsibilities: Lead and manage commissioning teams across all project phases, from pre‑commissioning through final acceptance Develop and oversee commissioning plans, procedures, and reporting in line with industry standards and client specifications Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineering teams, and vendors to align objectives and resolve issues Utilize commissioning software such as CxAlloy, Hexagon, or similar platforms to track progress and ensure compliance Develop, interpret, and manage CPM schedules to monitor timelines and deliverables Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and post‑commissioning phases Identify and mitigate commissioning risks and enforce safety protocols throughout Mentor junior staff and support knowledge transfer across project teams Required Qualifications: 10+ years of commissioning experience in data center or mission‑critical infrastructure environments Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven project environments Hands‑on experience with CxAlloy, Hexagon, or comparable commissioning software Strong ability to read and manage CPM schedules Willingness and ability to travel 30-50% based on project phase Preferred Qualifications: Background spanning multiple infrastructure types including power generation, substations, or large‑scale electrical systems Experience presenting commissioning status and risk updates to executive stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
