Family Partner: Youth & Family Advocate (Sign-On $1k) (Tukwila)

Seneca is seeking a Family Partner to provide peer support to families of WISe clients and coordinate parent activities within the Wraparound with Intensive Services program.

As a Family Partner, you will work with families to engage them in care planning, connect them with resources, and help families achieve their care plan goals. This full-time role supports South Seattle, South King County, and Tukwila communities.
