Who You Are A performance-driven marketer with 5+ years of experience leading growth or paid media strategies that tie directly to business results Highly skilled in Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), with certifications and a strong command of large-scale budgets and KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and CPL Comfortable navigating across channels including Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, and emerging platforms to drive integrated growth Analytical and experimental, fluent in building tests, interpreting performance data, and using tools like Skai, SA360, or Google Ads Scripts A confident communicator and strategic thinker who can engage senior stakeholders and manage multiple projects with precision What You’ll Do Lead integrated digital campaigns, aligning search, social, and programmatic strategies to meet client growth goals Translate data into actionable insights by collaborating with analytics teams to build dashboards and performance narratives Drive automation and AI adoption to scale campaign effectiveness and reduce manual lift Own the testing roadmap through structured experimentation to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention Act as a client-facing expert who can present strategic recommendations with clarity and credibility Contribute to the agency’s innovation initiatives in AI, media measurement, and new media models What Success Looks Like Clients experience consistent, measurable revenue growth driven by your performance strategies Cross-channel campaigns outperform benchmarks and demonstrate strong alignment with core business KPIs AI and automation initiatives improve efficiency across key accounts Testing delivers clear, data-backed insights that drive optimization across the funnel Salary Range Salary Range: $90,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience Location Location: Fully remote, USA – Must be in Eastern or Central time zone Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
