HVAC Pre-Lead Installer

Standard Heating, Cooling and Insulating is seeking a motivated HVAC Install Pre-Lead to support our HVAC team. Responsibilities Assist HVAC technicians withinstalling, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems. Safely use hand and power tools for HVAC-related tasks. Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for each job. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including job sites and company vehicles. Ensure the warehouse and parts area are properly stocked and organized. Assist with inventory management, including conducting stock counts and updating records. Check in and store daily freight shipments. Stage parts, tools, and equipment for technicians to ensure job readiness. Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance. Assist our HVAC team on job sites as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team. What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of experience preferred but not required. Willingness to Learn. Basic Mechanical Skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions. Valid Driver’s License. Team Player.
