Job Title: Jr. Staff Accountant

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Assignment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Pay: $55-65K

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | Standard Business Hours; Fully On-site Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Jr. Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations and financial reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, assisting with month-end activities, and contributing to special accounting projects. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate any outstanding variances.
• Review gross margin reports and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in accounting projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting-related questions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• One to three years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday in Fort Worth, Texas
