Position Type : Evaluation Hire


Pay : $17/hr. (+ commission)


Schedule : Full-time, varying days/shifts

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is immediately hiring quality Member Service Representatives to work with a rapidly growing retailer of RV and Camper supplies! This exciting opportunity allows employees to work over the phones throughout their shift to assist customers, answer questions and upsell on current accounts in over 33 states! No experience is required, training is provided and this strong culture supports professional growth and income opportunities!

Job Highlights :

• Build great relationships with customers over the phone on incoming calls
• Customer service and suggestive sales training/development provided - no experience required
• Receive and respond to membership inquiries by listening attentively and responding with first class customer service
• Process and receive customer calls and solicit additional sales of various memberships and services
• Provide knowledge to customers by explaining the type of service or membership offered
• Convert customer inquiries to sales through established sales techniques with an emphasis on sales conversion rates.
• Validate and update membership accounts with required call and order information.
• $200 bonuses for perfect attendance!
• NO SALES QUOTAS!
