About the Role:
As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department. With a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated nursing professionals to deliver exceptional care to our guests. Your expertise and guidance will ensure the highest standards of quality care, while also fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest standards of quality care
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the nursing department, including scheduling, staffing, and resources
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, families, and the community
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor and report on key metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements
