Sales Coordinator

What You’ll Actually Be Doing: You’ll be a central part of our sales operation. That means supporting the sales team with research, proposals, traffic coordination, meeting schedules, and any advertiser related activities. Day-to-day, you’ll handle order entry, contract management, traffic instructions, advertising materials, reporting, and both internal and external communication. You’ll answer phones, greet clients, and generally make sure our team has everything they need to close deals and keep clients happy. What We’re Looking For: Is genuinely positive — not performatively, just naturally Loves being part of a team and takes pride in making everyone around them better Is resourceful — figures things out, doesn’t wait to be told twice Can juggle multiple priorities without losing their cool Communicates clearly, both in writing and in conversation Is organized, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work Has solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — experience with Marketron traffic software is a bonus, but we can teach that Prior experience in sales support or administrative assistance is preferred, but the right attitude will always outweigh a perfect resume.
