Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Manage and maintain client accounts in the CRM system. Perform other duties as assigned by the Account Manager and or Director of Operations. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or other related fields. Experience working with small businesses a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all walks of life. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple interruptions. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
