Account Coordinator

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations and drive business development across customer accounts. Responsibilities Assist multiple sales representatives with operational and customer‑facing needs. Ensure successful completion of daily commitments and manage the load board. Perform operational activities such as tracking/tracing, load building, and setting appointments. Use internal systems and software to manage daily business. Bid on and execute transactional/spot market opportunities. Read and understand freight markets and price freight appropriately. Communicate effectively across all groups. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree. Proficient computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Strong time‑management and organizational skills. Understanding of U.S. freight markets, seasonality, and transportation industry terms. Physical Demands & Requirements Sedentary work; occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Ability to read, analyze data, and use a computer terminal. Salary $46,000.00 – $64,000.00 (actual pay may vary).
