Ecommerce Marketplace Operations Coordinator (Project-based)

About the Opportunity Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Operations Coordinator to support a growing ecommerce marketplace operation for a leading consumer electronics company. This position focuses on the day-to-day execution of marketplace activities, including product listings, content updates, reporting, launch coordination, and operational support across multiple ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in ecommerce marketplace operations. This position is employed directly by Pasona N A, Inc. and assigned to support a client project. Employment Type Pasona N A, Inc. Employee Project-based assignment 30-40 hours work/week Expected duration: 12 months (subject to business needs and possible extension) Benefits eligible Key Responsibilities Maintain and update product listings across ecommerce marketplaces Support catalog management and content maintenance Assist with product launch coordination Monitor marketplace activities and operational performance Generate operational reports and analyze performance metrics Coordinate with internal teams and external partners Resolve marketplace issues and support ongoing operations Support platforms such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and similar ecommerce environments Qualifications 2+ years of experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace support Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, or similar platforms Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with operational reporting and data analysis Strong problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Preferred Background Ecommerce Specialist Ecommerce Operations Specialist Marketplace Specialist Marketplace Coordinator Ecommerce Coordinator Digital Commerce Specialist Catalog Specialist Nice-to-Have Experience TikTok Shop Best Buy Marketplace Consumer Electronics industry Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce Marketplace agency experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Pasona N A, Inc.
