Customer Care Advisor – $18/hr. (2 Openings)
We are currently hiring Customer Care Advisors to join a fast-paced, customer-focused call center team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a structured environment.
ONSITE IN MECHANICSBURG
Schedule: (1) Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (5 x 8-hour shifts)
(2) Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-7:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats
- Assist with telephone and online orders
- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Help customers navigate the website and complete orders
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous call center/customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Consistent work history (1–3+ years in roles)
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Self-starter with strong reliability and attendance
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details:
- In-person interview required with the Customer Care Manager
- Paid training provided (systems, products, and processes)
