Job Details Millwright with industry leader / $35‑$45 an hour depending on experience / Great Benefits and Room for Growth This Jobot job is hosted by: Travis Bergwall Salary: $35 - $45 per hour A bit about us A well‑established machining and repair organization is seeking a skilled Millwright to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, alignment experience, and the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment in both shop and field environments. Why join us $35 - $45 per hour based on experience 1st Shift, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Medical/Dental/Vision/Disability effective first of the month after the hire date PTO accrual begins upon hire Referral bonuses 401k with company match Job Details Responsibilities Install, assemble, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment Perform precision alignment of motors, pumps, gearboxes, and rotating equipment (laser and dial indicator methods) Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including bearings, shafts, conveyors, and hydraulic components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability Support machining and fabrication teams as needed Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards Travel to customer sites for field service work as required Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Millwright or in industrial maintenance/mechanical repair Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and alignment techniques Experience with rigging, lifting, and equipment installation Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in machining environments or repair shops Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics OSHA safety training or certifications Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience Overtime opportunities Health benefits and retirement options Stable, long‑term opportunity with a growing organization Interested in hearing more?
