As an Operations Manager within PNC's Midland organization, you will be based within the PNC Midland footprint.

Job responsibilities include:

• Executing operating plan and communicating strategic direction to operations team.
• Managing and achieving desired business results, acting as a point of escalation and resolving exceptions.
• Providing coaching and development to team members, leading staff meetings, and communicating the strategic direction.
• Consulting and advising service partners and customers, identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Reviewing transactions and reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, and ensure compliance.

Work experience typically requires 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
