Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Scheduling & Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the hub of daily operations-coordinating schedules, communicating with customers and field teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule technicians, drivers, or field personnel based on job requirements and priority
  
• Monitor schedules in real time and make adjustments to ensure efficiency and on-time service
  
• Communicate updates, route changes, and job details to field staff
  
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing appointment updates and support
  
• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a professional, timely manner
  
• Track job progress and completion, ensuring accurate documentation in internal systems
  
• Work closely with operations, service, and sales teams to resolve scheduling conflicts
  
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, schedules, and customer interactions
  
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
  
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of scheduling, dispatch, customer service, logistics, or administrative experience preferred
  
• Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
  
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  
• Experience with dispatch, CRM, or scheduling software is a plus
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
• A positive, team-oriented, customer-first mindset
