Our client is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join their team. As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a temporary position lasting until December of this year.

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Day shift

What's the Job?

• Greet and assist incoming visitors, contractors, candidates, and employees while ensuring proper check-in procedures are followed
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings, maintaining organized calendars
• Maintain and update internal phone extension lists and contact information
• Draft, prepare, and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and other communications as needed

What's Needed?

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization
