Line Cook

Cote’s Kitchen is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team! You will be preparing and cooking a variety of home style breakfast and lunch dishes for our restaurant guest to enjoy from 7-1 daily. We are a very fast paced team oriented restaurant that is located in the heart of Upton, MA. We are looking for future employees who are hardworking, reliable, and have a positive attitude. Requirements Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook or Short Order Cook Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Accuracy and speed in executing the orders Familiar with industry’s best practices Responsibilities Setting up and stocking station with all necessary supplies Preparing Food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cooking menu items to receipts in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Nice to have Serve Safe or Food Handler’s certificate #J-18808-Ljbffr Cotes Kitchen
