About Nan’s Kitchen

Nan’s Kitchen brings the warmth of home-cooked meals to life with a seasonal, scratch-made menu inspired by farm-fresh ingredients and local partnerships. We’re growing our team and looking for an experienced Culinary Team Member who’s passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences through great food and teamwork.

About the Role
As a Line Cook at Nan’s, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes that make our guests feel at home. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with fresh ingredients, and bring a team-first mindset, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities
Prepare and roast vegetables, meats, and grain-based dishes

Fulfill guest orders quickly and accurately during service
Manage tickets and communicate clearly in a high-volume kitchen
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepped workstation
Support kitchen operations with a focus on food safety and consistency

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience working in a professional kitchen (line cook or similar)
Passion for scratch cooking and quality ingredients
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Friendly, team-oriented attitude
ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification is a plus
