The Role

We're hiring a Founding GTM Lead to build Centari's growth engine. You'll sell to the world's leading law firms alongside the CEO, and help us expand into new enterprise verticals. This is a rare early role for someone who wants to define how an AI-native company sells and grows, with a GTM team they'll help build.

What You'll Own

• Revenue. You source and close six-figure engagements with leading firms, working next to the CEO from your first week.

• Pipeline. You own how Centari generates demand, from positioning and messaging to campaigns, events, and outreach, leveraging the resources you need to make it work.

• An AI-native GTM engine. You build the systems that let a small team accomplish what used to take a large one, so our motion scales non-linearly.

• Dealflow from partnerships. Our channel and integration partners open doors, and you'll ensure we follow through to closing.

• The GTM function itself. You'll define how Centari sells, and there's room for the right person to build and lead a team around this function.

What You Bring

• You've structured and closed complex, six or seven-figure deals with sophisticated buyers: law firm partners, fund principals, or enterprise C-suite executives. Or you've sat in the buyer's seat on deals like these, and you're ready to take on the challenge of being on the other side of the table.

• You have the knowledge, communication style, and executive presence to earn a sophisticated buyer's respect and hold your own in the room.

• You're fluent with AI as a force multiplier. You reach for LLMs and automation to do the work of a larger team, and you're excited to build that into how a company sells.

• A background where you've sold or built relationships with the C-suite at large enterprises (law firms, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or similar).

• Nice to have: you've generated demand and closed deals at an early-stage company, without an established category or a machine behind you.

Compensation Range: $280K - $320K
