We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to support customers throughout their experience with company programs, products, and services. This position focuses on proactive communication, customer education, program participation, and ensuring customers have the information and resources needed for a positive experience.

The Customer Success Representative will interact regularly with customers, develop familiarity with current offerings, and communicate customer feedback and observations to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding current programs, products, and services
  
• Learn about customer needs and provide relevant information and resources
  
• Explain available options, program details, and participation requirements
  
• Help customers understand how to access and utilize available products or services
  
• Follow up with customers regarding previous interactions and outstanding needs
  
• Provide additional information when customers have questions about current programs
  
• Maintain familiarity with company offerings and approved customer information
  
• Check in with customers to understand their experience and level of satisfaction
  
• Identify common customer interests, questions, and preferences
  
• Gather and document customer feedback for internal review
  
• Track customer participation and engagement with assigned programs
  
• Identify situations where additional customer follow-up may be beneficial
  
• Support customer education through approved informational materials and resources
  
• Assist customers during scheduled events, retail programs, and brand initiatives
  
• Communicate recurring customer observations to appropriate internal teams
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant updates
  
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments regarding customer needs
  
• Help ensure customer communications remain accurate, professional, and consistent
  
• Support customer satisfaction and engagement initiatives
  
• Complete additional customer success activities based on current program needs
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
  
• 1 year of experience in customer success, customer experience, client services, hospitality, retail, events, or another customer-facing environment preferred
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Professional, personable, and customer-focused approach
  
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to understand customer needs and communicate relevant information
  
• Comfortable initiating and maintaining customer conversations
