Internet Sales Manager

We are looking for a serious automotive Internet Sales Manager who knows how to turn digital opportunities into showroom traffic and sold vehicles. This is not a maintenance role. We need a leader who can take ownership of the internet sales process, coach a team with discipline, improve lead handling, and create measurable growth across appointments, shows, and sales. The right candidate understands speed-to-lead, CRM accountability, phone skills, text/email follow-up, appointment quality, and the importance of a strong handoff from online inquiry to showroom visit. What You'll Own Internet/BDC team performance Lead response and follow-up process Appointment set, show, and sold performance CRM usage and accountability Website, third-party, phone, and digital lead management Coaching, training, and daily team execution Performance reporting and process improvement Alignment between Internet, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership What You Bring Proven automotive Internet/BDC leadership experience A track record of improving lead conversion and appointment performance Strong coaching ability and the confidence to hold people accountable Deep CRM knowledge and process discipline Ability to read reports, identify problems, and take action Strong communication skills with customers, team members, and leadership Urgency, organization, and a results-first mindset Why This Opportunity You will have the opportunity to lead a key revenue department, influence dealership performance, and work with leadership that values accountability, innovation, and execution.
