Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Houston, TX, for a Business Development Person. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored landscaping solutions. You will strategize and implement sales plans, conduct market analysis, and attend industry events to generate leads and promote Superscapes’ services. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s growth. Qualifications Proven skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management in the landscaping industry Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Knowledge of market analysis and sales strategy development Experience in the landscaping, construction, or related industries is a plus Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively with teams to deliver exceptional customer service Willingness to travel locally and work on-site in Houston, TX #J-18808-Ljbffr Superscapes, Inc.
