Requirements
Minimum two years of experience in bulldozer operation
High school diploma or GED
Minimum two years of experience
Experience working in the field
Ability to work in a team
Valid driver’s license
No drug use
Reliable transportation
Functions
Operate Dozer - CAT or Komatsu Dozers
Experience with GPS Grading system (Top Con) preferred, but not required
Experience with Residential Subdivisions preferred, but not required
Work with other team members to complete tasks
Report to Supervisor
Use all necessary PPE
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
Willing to work in the weather
Travel to and from work and/or work sites as needed
Responsible for keeping work sites in a clean and accessible environment
Willing to attend training
Agrees to take care of equipment daily (grease, check fluids and keep clean inside and out)
Benefits
90-day performance review
90-day completion, eligible for health insurance
Workdays: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5:30 pm, optional weekend work depending on the project
