Join us to make legends happen!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and break down of assigned barHandles all forms of payment and inventory according to company policyCompletes all assigned paperwork appropriatelyEnsures all health codes are followedDirect barbacks when stock is neededServes customer in accordance with ASM/Savor alcohol policyEstablishes and maintains positive client relationshipsOther duties may be assignedQualificationsMust have attention to detailMust have strong customer service skillsMust have basic knowledge of bar operationsMust have ability to add, subtract, multiply and divideMust be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, frequent changes, delays or unexpected eventsMust have strong interpersonal skillsMust have good organizational skillsMust have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling proceduresMust be compliant with health codesMust complete Alcohol Compliance TrainingMust be able to pass a background check to include a credit history report and meet corporate minimum requirementsMust have good oral and written communicationEducation and/or ExperiencePrevious bartending experience preferredPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
