Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to identify individual needs and concerns.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that take into account the unique developmental stages and family backgrounds of each patient, ensuring a tailored approach to each case.

• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders, tracking patient progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to empower caregivers with strategies to create supportive environments conducive to their child’s growth.

• Work closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention services to manage urgent mental health situations, ensuring young patients receive timely and appropriate support.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources to promote ongoing wellness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines using advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings, focusing on case consultations and knowledge sharing to enhance professional growth and clinical skill sets.

The focus of this role is primarily on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of childhood and adolescent mental health disorders, with expertise in therapeutic methodologies tailored to this age group.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and family therapy within clinical settings focused on youth.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a caring and child-centered approach to therapy.

• Ability to quickly establish rapport with young patients and their families, facilitating trust and openness.

• Competence in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
