Job Description

Job Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. The role involves managing complex patient conditions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient vitals and assess changes to develop appropriate care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate treatment.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Support virtual nursing initiatives to optimize staffing resources and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and appropriate state licensure.
• Possess ICU or critical care nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be comfortable with virtual nursing support procedures.
