Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct a variety of therapeutic sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, ensuring that each session meets the specific needs of your clients. \n Administer mental health assessments and psychological evaluations, diagnosing and evaluating emotional disorders to inform tailored treatment plans. \n Collaborate with other mental health professionals to discuss test results and establish comprehensive treatment strategies. \n Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies aimed at improving client outcomes. \n Track and assess patient progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment goals and techniques as required to maximize effectiveness. \n Participate in occasional therapeutic retreats and activities designed to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients, fostering community and connection. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will primarily support adult clients and provide specialized services to the child and adolescent populations as needed. Our clientele often presents with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and transitional life events. Your expertise will be fundamental in guiding these individuals and families toward a path of healing and stability. Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, providing therapy to diverse populations. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Proven skills in effectively managing emotions in tense situations, demonstrating empathy and understanding while navigating client crises. \n Strong knowledge of behavioral and affective disorders, along with the principles of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation strategies. \n Exceptional organizational skills to manage comprehensive case documentation, including billing and insurance claims, while meeting deadlines. \n Proficiency in teletherapy platforms, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
