Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients in an outpatient setting, using virtual platforms.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the relational dynamics and mental health needs of each client, tailoring treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances.

• Utilize family systems theory and systemic interventions to effectively address issues related to communication, dynamics, and family stressors.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients and their families when needed, ensuring safety and stability.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with all relevant legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Educate clients on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and skills to manage stress and improve emotional well-being.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Engage in continuous professional development by remaining informed about the latest research, techniques, and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy services cater to a diverse clientele including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex relationship dynamics. Your role will be pivotal in guiding families through transitions, conflict resolution, and improving overall relational health.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey or the state where you practice.

• A master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.

• A minimum of three years of direct counseling experience in a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 yearly based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary package, we offer:
