Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, establishing a clear understanding of their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs, aspirations, and therapy goals, integrating evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices, ensuring they are empowered in their healing journey.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaborations with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive care tailored to each client’s needs.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorders to continuously enhance therapeutic interventions.

You will primarily work with individuals affected by a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n
