HIRING General Laborers – Aurora, CO

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking General Laborers to support our installation team in Aurora, CO. In this hands-on role, you’ll help assemble and install steel racking systems in a variety of commercial and industrial environments. This position offers steady work, valuable mechanical experience, and the chance to grow with a tight‑knit, team‑oriented crew.

Shift : 1st, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime available)

Pay : $25.00/hr

• Assemble racking systems using hand and power tools
• Lift and position materials up to 50 lbs
• Assist with installations at manufacturing plants, schools, hospitals, and other facilities
• Measure, align, and secure components with accuracy
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Support equipment operation and general site tasks

• Experience in general labor, construction, or manufacturing
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with physical work
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑focused
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
