This individual will ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, financial performance, vendor management, and asset preservation across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Property Managers and property operations staff Oversee property operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance Partner with executive leadership on portfolio strategy and value enhancement initiatives Maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships Review and approve contracts, service agreements, and operating expenses Drive tenant retention and customer service initiatives Ensure compliance with lease obligations, regulatory requirements, and company standards Collaborate with accounting, asset management, and construction teams Conduct regular property inspections and operational reviews Must-Have Skills Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field. 7+ years of commercial property management experience Experience managing office and/or retail properties 2+ years leading multiple properties and direct reports at a regional, area, or senior management level Active California Real Estate Salesperson License Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and operational management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Nice-to-Have Skills Multifamily property management experience Experience with institutional-quality or Class A commercial assets California Real Estate Broker License Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or similar professional certification.
