Medical Assistant/Patient Service Specialist Full Time – 30+ hours. Raynham, MA, US. Salary Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour. Built for what healthcare should be. What You Will Do Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism. Managing calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow‑ups, and copays. Assisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizations. Updating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providers. Clinical / Medical Assistant Responsibilities Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit. Taking vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the EHR. Assisting providers with procedures and administering vaccines. Performing point‑of‑care testing. Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following all safety protocols. What You Bring Accredited MA training or equivalent experience. MA certification (or willingness to obtain; we will reimburse for your certification). 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Comfort working in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment.
