Solano Dermatology Associates is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our busy and growing dermatology practice in Vallejo. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, enjoys helping patients, and understands the importance of excellent customer service, teamwork, and efficiency. Our front desk team plays a critical role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting providers and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer incoming multi-line phone calls promptly and efficiently
• Schedule appointments and manage provider templates
• Verify insurance information and collect patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and documentation
• Respond to patient questions and assist with office flow
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff
• Manage front office tasks including scanning, filing, and referrals
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times

Qualifications

• Previous medical front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and computer systems
• Dermatology experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

Competitive hourly pay based on experience, starting at $22-$24/hr.
