The Company is in search of a seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its global SaaS business, focusing on strategic growth, operational excellence, and product innovation. Key requirements for the role include a minimum of 20 years' experience in a senior executive position with full P&L ownership, recent hands-on experience in M&A, and a history of serving Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in MarTech, channel marketing, or marketing automation, and a demonstrated ability to lead enterprise growth strategies. Strong financial leadership skills, including expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, are also crucial. The role demands a leader who can partner effectively with Boards of Directors and is adept at driving shareholder value. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA.
