JOB TITLE: Mail Operations Specialist
CLIENT: Financial Istitution
LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX
SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm CT
DURATION: Contract to Hire
PAY: $20/hr
WORK AUTH: USC or GC ONLY
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 or more years of experience in a related field (mailroom, shipping/receiving, operations, or administrative support)
- Prior administrative or operational support experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities
- Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
- Comfortable working with multiple software applications
