You are a self-starter who enjoys solving problems and managing many different projects at once. You understand the value of procedures, and yet you know when to think outside of the box. You are known for your insights and high integrity. Your team relies on you to manage many projects that are your customers' vehicles, to deliver the vehicles back to the customer on time. Requirements

Responsibilities of the Service Advisor include:

• Greet service customers upon arrival
• Effectively document service concerns
• Ability to initiate automotive service and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and service requests
• Coordinate with Certified Technicians to address service concerns
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process
• Must meet and exceed service goals set by management
• Exceed the customer's expectations as to the overall service experience

Qualifications of the Service Advisor include:

• OEM experience is a MUST.
• Previous dealership Service advisor experience is a MUST.
• Proficient in English.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Ability to work comfortably with the public.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid driver's license.
• Required to pass a drug test and background check.

The Service Advisor is a front line associate who is a liaison between the customer and the technician. They assist the customer with taking care of their vehicle, writing the repair order, facilitating the servicing and walking the customer's vehicle through the entire service process.
