Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• A current Wisconsin Cross-Categorical Special Education certification (License #2801) is required.
• Demonstrated experience working with students on the autism spectrum.
• Proven ability to plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for a diverse group of students.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within a team-oriented school setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to small groups or individual students with mild-to-moderate disabilities in an inclusive, cross-categorical setting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s strengths and needs.
• Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive, supportive programming.
• Track student progress and communicate results with the educational team.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
