Senior Compensation Partner: Executive & Equity Strategy

Block is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to serve as a senior strategic advisor on equity structures, annual compensation cycles, and total rewards programs. You will align with executives on pay strategy, drive budget forecasts, and develop tools to optimize compensation across 6,000+ employees. You will partner with Finance and Talent teams to model scenarios, manage approvals, and benchmark executive compensation.
