Job DescriptionJob Description Duration: 11+ Months Must‐have Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (required) Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Broad experience in data collection and data entry Core Job Requirements Extensive experience with data collection and entry In‐depth knowledge of the Indiana Criminal Code Thorough understanding of the Department of Correction and all levels of the criminal‐justice system Comfortable handling court documents and legal terminology Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational and time‐management abilities Research, collect, analyze, and interpret court documents Communicate effectively with local and state law‐enforcement agencies Enter data accurately into designated web portals and data systems Ability to read, process, and handle sensitive, detailed crime‐related information Build cooperative working relationships with department staff and external agency personnel Difficulty of Work Manage multiple, complex tasks and make sound decisions based on knowledge of each assignment Apply varied methods to achieve outcomes; deliver results timely and accurately Ensure high‐accuracy work; errors can affect public perception and community safety Work independently with periodic reviews for accuracy, policy compliance, and alignment with department goals Personal Work Relationships Maintain collaborative relationships with all Department personnel to discuss project needs Required Education Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory) \nCompany Description 22nd Century Technologies, Inc.
