We are seeking a knowledgeable and people-focused Corporate Trainer to join our team! About the Role: As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for onsite training and ongoing skill-building. This role will create and deliver training programs, implement new processes, and maintain training documentation (including SOPs). The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Epicor Eclipse , strong problem‑solving abilities, and strong organization skills to manage priorities and training schedules. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite training for all new employees to ensure successful integration into company processes and systems. Hold regular employee training to reinforce best practices, productivity, and compliance. Implement and train new processes across departments as business needs evolve. Create, maintain, and update training documents,SOPs, and training materials. Support users with Eclipse‑related training and workflows. Identify training gaps and improve training content, delivery methods, and documentation accuracy .
