Job Description:
B.S. in Physical Therapy, NYS License or eligible, and 2 years of experience required. Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance. Duties include evaluating plans and implementing programs in accordance with indicated procedures, formulating specific goals for patient treatment by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel and patients, preparing and maintaining notes and discharge records in a timely manner, attending designated clinics, rounds, and conferences, and rendering patient information. Additionally, the role involves participating in educational programs for staff members, students, volunteers, and other healthcare professionals, training new staff members, serving as a clinical instructor for senior-level students, and facilitating new program development.
