Compensation: $26 - $36 hourly

Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process. This includes sourcing, interviewing, checking references, extending offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview potential candidates.
• Check candidate references to verify qualifications.
• Formulate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
• Perform exit interviews with departing employees.
• Process documentation related to changes in employee status.
• Adhere to pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
• Work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area of specialty may be required.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area is required. Candidates should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting.
