Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, utilizing tools like the DSM-5 to inform your diagnosis and care plans.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique objectives and cultural considerations.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and hospital policies, using electronic health records effectively.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions individually or with families, employing a range of therapeutic modalities to encourage patients to share their experiences and emotions regarding their health journeys.

• Collaborate seamlessly with patients, families, and healthcare teams to enhance supportive relations and synchronize treatment goals.

• Assist with referrals as necessary, coordinating care and transitions for patients, and establishing rapport with external providers.

• Engage in mentoring and educational initiatives, providing supervision and guidance to trainees and facilitating peer reviews to foster a culture of continual learning.
