Residential Care Aide - Safe Housing & Client Support

Breaking Ground is seeking a Residential Aide to report to the Shift Supervisor and help deliver services while supporting program stability. The role involves engaging with residents experiencing homelessness and collaborating with program and outreach staff. You will perform rounds to ensure safety, greet visitors, manage intake and documentation, and assist with meals and transportation as needed.
