Senior Commercial Litigation CounselConfidential Opportunity | Seattle, WARobert Half Legal is partnering with a highly respected, full-service Seattle law firm to identify an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel for its established litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior attorney seeking sophisticated litigation work, a collegial and collaborative culture, and a potential path toward long-term leadership and partnership.The firm represents businesses, developers, property owners, and other stakeholders in complex disputes across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will bring significant courtroom experience, strong client-management skills, and a proven ability to independently manage high-value litigation matters from inception through trial.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex commercial litigation matters through all phases of litigation, including trial.Develop and execute case strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.Handle disputes involving commercial contracts, business torts, real estate matters, construction claims, professional liability, and insurance coverage issues.Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.Manage all aspects of discovery, including written discovery, document review, ESI management, and depositions.Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings in both state and federal courts.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and other stakeholders.Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and litigation support personnel on complex matters.Participate in business development initiatives, client relationship management, and practice growth efforts.Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $350,000+, depending on experience, expertise, and business-generation capabilities.In addition to a competitive base salary, the firm is open to discussing:Performance-based bonus opportunitiesAdditional incentive compensationPartnership-track considerationsCustomized compensation structures for candidates with portable businessComprehensive benefits include:Medical and vision insuranceVoluntary dental coverageHealth reimbursement account (HRA)Flexible cafeteria plan optionsLife and AD&D insuranceLong-term disability coverageSupplemental whole life insurance with long-term care rider401(k) retirement planPaid vacation timeSick and safe leaveCommuter benefits, including ORCA pass or parking subsidyFor confidential consideration, please contact Sam Sheehan at Robert Half Legal.
