Role Phlebotomist II responsible for drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Key Duties Interact with patients to build trust, explain procedures, and perform venipuncture safely and accurately. Verify patient demographic information and document records meticulously. Maintain a professional and safe environment while performing clinical and forensic specimen collection. Perform duties independently, demonstrating leadership, confidentiality, and process excellence. Work across various locations, supporting multiple priorities in a high-volume setting. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification preferred (required in certain states). 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Excellent customer service, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
