Payroll Specialist

- Full-Cycle Payroll Execution: Own the accurate, timely biweekly processing for two union-represented and two non-union employee groups.
- Contract & Policy Compliance: Interpret collective bargaining agreements to correctly apply wage rates, shift premiums, deductions, union dues, and point/credit absenteeism tracking.
- Adjustments & Deductions: Review timekeeping, overtime, garnishments, and benefits while preserving all records to meet strict legal standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and union reps to resolve discrepancies, answer employee queries, and support audits.
